Apartments can only be booked for guests over the age of 30. The property's entrance is on Beechmount Road, SO16 7EZ. The white building is a corner plot. There are 2 car parks available for guests' use, at the front and back of the property. Damages – The credit card given at the time of booking will be liable for any damages to the property. Please be aware that payments will be taken under the name: Heywood Homes UK Limited. Please note that the 2 bed apartments have a double bed on each room and this is the bedding available for up to 4 people. If the bedding type isn't suitable for your party of 4 people, or you have more people, then you must inform us in advance that you need extra beds and pay an extra £25 per bed per night.
